Review: I ordered the power steps for my 2009 F150 crew cab and received them 4 days later. They are amazing couldn't live without them. I installed them myself and it was a piece of cake. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks a lot!

Review: The reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the modifications I had to make during the install. I own an F150 SuperCab and the Power step is really made for Super Crew Cab. When I discovered in the instructions the steps were too long for my cab, I had to run to the store for a metal cutting blade to trim each step 7 inches. Washers were a bit too small for the mounting holes on my truck and I ended up replacing them. I then discovered in the instructions that the passenger step had to be mounted in reverse to the drivers side, but the wiring harness, that comes with the kit, isn't made for this configuration. So I had about 30 extra inches of wiring harness on the passenger side to get to the power step motor, but not enough wire to mount the rear step light. So another trip to the store for extra wire and wire connectors. For the money, It would be nice if they gave you a kit that fit your particular truck model, instead of a one kit fits all. After install it looked great and is much better than a nerf bar for getting in and out of the truck. I can only hope it holds up with time.

Review: I first would like to the thanks the sales Rep at ElectricStep who provided me with the best customer service that I have even been given. Management at this company is doing something right. The Rep answered my questions and was able to point out some critical details of the install that I was hesitant about. Even when the rep was unsure of a certain detail, he was able to conference called the Tech guy at AMP Research to make sure that my question was answered correctly. What was more surprising was that Electric Step assured me that the item I was ordering was in stock and that they controlled the largest inventory in the country. I ordered my steps on Monday and my order was delivered by Wednesday. WOW. I would recommend anyone who wants to be treated like a valued customer to buy from Electric Step.
