Review: I left a message requesting product details after the close of business expecting to get a call back the next day. To my delight a couple of hours later I received a call from a gentleman there who rang from his car and was happy to talk as long as I wanted and was able to answer all my questions. The product shipped the next day and arrived at my home in Florida a couple of days later. The product itself is of high quality and assembly instructions were impeccably clear. I spent about 2 hours on the install, I could have probably done it in half the time but was anal about getting it right and not drilling unnecessary holes in my new F250. I am absolutely delighted with the product and high level of customer service. Thank you.
